obamacareThe Obama administration is further permitting delays in the timeline for small business health exchanges.  The announcement came on Wednesday, giving states more time to implement a key feature of the online small-business health care marketplaces.

Under the Affordable Care Act, states are required to build an online insurance marketplace where small businesses can enroll in and pay for insurance plans, all online. Businesses in states that declined to build their own portals would be able to access a similar network run by the federal government.
